What We’re Looking For
We receive many applications and invite only a select group to interview. We’re seeking individuals who are committed, professional, and knowledgeable about Disney and family travel.
You may be a strong candidate if you:
- Are passionate about helping families plan magical Disney vacations
- Have significant firsthand experience with Disney destinations
(Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, Adventures by Disney) - Are a U.S. resident
- Are prepared to treat this as a full-time professional role
- Are comfortable communicating with clients via phone, email, and social media
- Are organized, service-oriented, and self-motivated
- Are active on social media and ready to market yourself and build relationships
- Have prior sales, business, or marketing experience—or a clear plan to grow quickly
- Have experience with other family-focused destinations such as Universal, Royal Caribbean, or major all-inclusive resorts (helpful but not required)
