Resorts like Disney’s All Star Music and Art of Animation offer multi-room suites.  Alternatively, many guests choose to just book 2 standard rooms.  If they want connecting rooms call the booking into Disney instead of booking online and ask to make sure they are connecting rooms.  They may tell you it is not guaranteed but it is usually possible for them to get connecting rooms.
