What we can’t help with…
While we are an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner Agency, there are some limits to how we can help:
We usually can’t help if you’ve already made your reservations. But we may still be able to assist if you booked directly through Disney, made your reservations within the last 30 days, and haven’t yet paid in full. Feel free to check with us and we’ll let you know for sure.
We cannot book your flights.
We generally can’t assist if you want just Disney theme park tickets (no hotel) for 2 days or fewer.
When in doubt, please reach out! We’ll be happy to let you know if your unique case is something we can assist with.
