We had a wonderful vacation and much of that had to do with the help we received from JoMarie! Disney can be a little overwhelming when you’re new to it, but she made it a very enjoyable and low stress during the planning phases! Thanks JoMarie!
Amanda L, Athens, ALMy family and I just returned from the most magical Disney World trip ever! Carla worked side by side with me to plan the perfect banquets, shows, fast pass rides, fireworks and places to stay with our group and I could not be happier! My husband and I took our kids, spouses and our granddaughters and thanks to Carla it was enjoyed by all. This was our first trip. If you are planning a disney trip the best advice I could give you is use Carla, a Disney agent. We saved the most money possible and she directed us to the perfect experiences just for us. We were able to see so many characters and loved the banquets, boutiques, places we stayed and we could not have done all this without Carla! We will never forget the magic we experienced at Disney World, thank you Carla from the bottom of my heart! You were awesome!
Tracie B, Colorado Springs, COI could not thank Emily enough for the AMAZING job she did planning my disneymoon. The resorts she put us in we amazing. I never would have stayed on site without her! From our food recommendations to fast past set ups. The attention to detail is absolutely spot on! I can’t wait for her to plan our next vacation!

We had an amazing vacation on our Norwegian Cruise Line trip to Bermuda, and I can't thank Vicki enough for making the entire process so easy and stress-free.
From the moment we booked until the day we returned home, Vicki took care of every detail. She answered all of our questions, made sure everything was organized, and kept us informed every step of the way. All we had to do was show up, relax, and enjoy our vacation.
Our whole family had an incredible time. The cruise was fantastic, Bermuda was beautiful, and everything went exactly as planned. Knowing Vicki had everything handled gave us complete peace of mind, allowing us to focus on making great memories together.
If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about making your vacation a great experience, I highly recommend Vicki. We will definitely be using her again for our future trips!

This is long overdue! We used Becky Sass for four of our trips in the last four years. She is amazing!! Becky planned our three trips to the Disney parks/Disney cruises and then to Hawaii. I usually plan all of our trips but trying to plan trips to the Disney parks with a Disney cruise tacked on at the end for our family of nine was overwhelming. When Becky was recommended to us, the planning soon become stress free. We told her what we wanted, and she took care of it. No pressure to do something different or to spend add on expensive alternatives. She was on top of every deadline as the plans progressed. She has extensive knowledge of the Disney parks and cruises, so she had some great recommendations that made the trips extra special! It was the same with our Hawaii trip. She spent a lot of time finding the right accommodations that fit us perfectly. She booked all of our excursions and even recommended some great side trips.
I have and will continue to recommend Becky to anyone looking for an amazing, reliable and super sweet travel agent!

She made the entire process feel easy and stress-free, and I always felt supported and informed. Thanks to Victoria, our family’s first cruise was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional travel agent!

Brittany Maurer was amazing!!! She helped us plan all the details of our Disney World vacation. Her patience with all our questions and willingness to adapt our plans were truly commendable. Moreover, she generously shared a wealth of valuable tips that saved us a significant amount of time. I am immensely grateful for her assistance and have already referred her to my family. We had a great winter get away cruise on the Oasis of the Seas in February 2026 thanks to Vacationeer and Tammy Ruh. Tammy was a great help with making all our plans, giving us tips and tricks, and making sure everything went smoothly. She is also helping us with another family cruise in June 2026 on the Symphony of the Seas. She is very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know the answer, she will find out and then gets back to us with the answer in a short time. She helped make our vacation dreams come true and are looking forward to the same on our upcoming cruise.

Brittany Lowe is a phenomenal travel adviser, and I strongly recommend her (and The Vacationeer) for planning a vacation, especially with Adventures by Disney. (ABD is exceptional, yet their reservation system isn't currently user friendly, so highly recommended to utilize a travel adviser for their adventures). Thank you, Brittany!

Our family just returned from the most magical vacation in DisneyWorld thanks to Jescie Hollenczer from Vacationeer. Our 3 generational family of 11 people ranged from ages 4 to 76 and Jescie worked with us to plan a perfect personalized vacation that met all the needs and desires of everyone. With all the overwhelming information about Disney we needed to know, we had so many questions and she patiently, helpfully, and expertly answered them all. She was very knowledgeable about the park and had firsthand knowledge about traveling there with children. Her suggestions and guidance were indispensable and thanks to her our hotels, parks, reservations, experiences, photo passes, strollers, and airport transportation were flawlessly arranged. When we contacted her she was consistently available and her quick response time was phenomenal. From the very beginning of planning until the end of the trip she kept us updated and informed about all aspects of the trip including those all important time sensitive time reservation timelines. She even managed to get our 2 little girls reservations at BBB boutique and our whole family lunch at Cinderellas Royal Table on the same day. Not a small feat, I assure you!
The trip was simply fantastic and my whole family is so very grateful to her. If you want to arrive at WDW stress free and relaxed, ready to enjoy your perfect vacation, I highly recommend Jescie and Vacationeer. Thanks to her our vacation truly was a dream come true.

We had the absolute best experience planning our trip with The Vacationeer. From the very beginning, Chelsea made the entire process stress-free and truly magical. She listened carefully to what we wanted, gave us thoughtful suggestions, and took care of every detail so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
Chelsea’s knowledge of Universal Studios Orlando was incredible. She helped us choose the perfect hotel, gave us insider tips to make the most of our days in the parks, and even handled the reservations that I would have easily overlooked. Because of her, we were able to just enjoy the trip instead of stressing over the planning.
What really stood out was her patience and kindness. No question was too small, and she always responded quickly with helpful answers. She clearly cares about creating unforgettable experiences, and she did exactly that for us.
Thanks to Chelsea and The Vacationeer, our Universal trip was seamless and filled with memories we’ll treasure forever. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
