Our family just returned from the most magical vacation in DisneyWorld thanks to Jescie Hollenczer from Vacationeer. Our 3 generational family of 11 people ranged from ages 4 to 76 and Jescie worked with us to plan a perfect personalized vacation that met all the needs and desires of everyone. With all the overwhelming information about Disney we needed to know, we had so many questions and she patiently, helpfully, and expertly answered them all. She was very knowledgeable about the park and had firsthand knowledge about traveling there with children. Her suggestions and guidance were indispensable and thanks to her our hotels, parks, reservations, experiences, photo passes, strollers, and airport transportation were flawlessly arranged. When we contacted her she was consistently available and her quick response time was phenomenal. From the very beginning of planning until the end of the trip she kept us updated and informed about all aspects of the trip including those all important time sensitive time reservation timelines. She even managed to get our 2 little girls reservations at BBB boutique and our whole family lunch at Cinderellas Royal Table on the same day. Not a small feat, I assure you!

Beyond Exceptional!!! Michelle has helped me with a trip to Disney World in July of 2021 and this year to a Disney Cruise on the Dream Cruise ship. She is so helpful and mindful of everything. Kelsey helped my sister plan a 50th birthday Harry Potter celebration and vacation to Universal Studios Orlando. We just returned from our Disney trip in Florida and it was Amazing! I had been saving up for 3yrs and surprised the kids for xmas. We did Magic kingdom, Hollywood studios, Epcot and Universal. We went for 6 nights and 7days. We stayed at the All star music Resort it was our 1st time staying on a Disney resort! And our Amazing Agent Lynn made it all happen in our budget! Our agent Lynn was super patient with explaining it all and guiding us along the way. It was our daughter (12) 1st time going and our son was 3 when we were there last, and he's 19 now basically his 1st time also! We went the last wk of July and it was HOT! During our first Disney Trip last April, the planning started with finding an agency/agent who could assist us with our trip. It took a few tries, since most of the big name agencies were quick with us, not responding in a timely manner, or did not take the time to explain everything to us. Then, I luckily came across a travel article that highlighted The Vacationeer, which is where I first spoke with our agent Stephanie Perlick. I took my daughter for her 28th birthday and we had an AMAZING time! I had no idea how to even begin planning a trip this huge since we both had never been. CARLA at The Vacationeer SAVED OUR TRIP!! We decided to take a very last minute trip to Disney World and I had no idea where to start. Furthermore, everything looked unavailable online. I called The Vacationeer and spoke with Carla and she instantly got us set up with an incredible itinerary. She was so kind and knowledgeable. She helped us figure out which parks and dining options were best for our family and then helped us navigate the park reservations system to find spaces even though they ALL appeared to be sold out. She even helped us learn how to get Magic Kingdom reservations when we thought there was no chance. Her positivity never wavered.

Highest recommendation for planner Kelsey Stiles! We just returned from the most wonderful 4 day trip. Kelsey’s knowledge, expertise and work ethic were beyond impressive. Her response rate to every question and concern near immediate. She was able to book the most perfect newly renovated rooms, next door to our family at the Contemporary. Her suggestions and advise really helped make our trip everything we wished it to be and more. We really appreciated the excellent communication and prompts of when it was time to do things like make dining reservations etc. it is hard to imagine planning a Disney trip without an expert on your team, and very hard to imagine anyone with more expertise then Kelsey. I’ve been talking about going to Disney for years. This year I thought it was the perfect time to embark on that Magical Journey. I worked with a lady a few years ago that did travel stuff for Disney so I reached out to Kim Buchanan with The Vacationeer Travel Agency. I explained what I was looking for, where I wanted to go, and how long I wanted to stay. That day she had everything planned out and the process of our Disney trip was underway. Everything was made easy, thanks to Kim! The only thing we had to worry about was getting the flight there and she took care of the rest. Even while we were at Disney Kim kept in contact with all the quick tips and reminders. Just like getting on the Rise of the Resistance at Hollywood Studios, you need to get in a queue with your Disney World app. Without Kim letting us know, we wouldn’t have gotten to ride the ride. I truly think going through Kim is the best decision anyone would ever make. She treats you like family, someone who wants your trip to be as magical as possible and makes sure she goes above and beyond to do that. I’m ready to go back to Disney and Kim will be the first person I contact when planning my next trip and any other trips beyond that.

Sam from The Vacationeer made our first WDW trip pretty EPIC! Since this was our first time visiting WDW, I had no idea what to expect or how to plan, etc. Sam walked us through the entire way answering my TONS of questions. She pretty much booked everything for us and made my life so much easier. Since Dining reservations are hard to get, we gave her what we wanted and she would snag up an opening as soon as it became available. She also gave us a detailed itinerary, with times to get to the parks, what rides to ride first and directions how to get there. It all worked perfectly!!! Just returned from our stay at the Caribbean Beach Resort with 5 days in the parks at Disney and if you need anyone to guide you along the way in planning, recommendations, tips, etc, Mark is definitely the guy to get! Mark Mullen is fabulous. He spent 16 months helping our family of 6 plan a Universal/Disney trip. He helped make all the plans including canceling and rescheduling us at Universal when a sale came around. He took care of every last detail even through all of the ups and downs with COVID19 and he was super-responsive; returning emails even on the weekends. We had a wonderful time and couldn't thank him more.

Shannon Richards helped us plan a wonderful last minute trip to Disney February 2020. I was grateful for her patience and knowledge. I did not know enough about Disney to do it without her. She went above and beyond when we were at Epcot. My cell phone had gotten wet and my text messages worked but no one could hear me over the phone because I think my speaker had gotten wet.
I needed to call a number to change a reservation at the last minute, but the Disney operators could not hear me.
I sent her a text letting her know the situation. She called for me right away and changed the reservations right then and there. I felt she was very patient with all my questions and appreciated everything she did to make our trip magical. Thank you.

First off, I am your typical type A control freak when it comes to planning our family vacations and have never used any kind of travel agent before. What on earth could they do that I couldn't? Allison Boger helped with every part of our Disney World vacation and I cannot recommend her enough! She was fantastic to work with! There were a few Disney travel agencies I looked into before we booked but after talking with each of them, choosing Allison as our travel agent was an easy decision. She really listened to what was important to our family and offered custom choices based on what made the most sense for our family. She helped with everything from dining reservations, fast passes and even helped apply a discount that was released after we had booked to ensure we got the best deal! There was one dining reservation that was really difficult to get and she kept checking every day and was able to book it for us! We just returned from our Disney World trip and had the best vacation! She was so helpful each step of the way. We will definitely be using Allison again for our next trip.

Sent in a request for a quote on Sunday night, had a response from Mark by noon the next day. He was very knowledgeable and quick about getting us a couple quotes after I gave him a little more information. We did end up going with a different company, through no fault of his, I just clicked better with another agent who is based near where I live and grew up fairly close to here as well. When I emailed him to let him know he was very nice and understanding about this. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for Disney planning checks them out.
