Exceeded expectations. The view from the room at Animal Kingdom Lodge was perfect. We got to see giraffes and zebras everyday. Ms Laura Matthews gave great recommendations for the Not So Scary Halloween which was amazing. It was a relief not having to worry about selecting tickets or dining passes for the trip and she was unbelievably helpful with any other needs we had!

Brittany Maurer is the Disney Queen! We couldn't have asked for a better Disney trip! We started this dream in the year 2022 with planning, preparation and research for this ultimate all-out 2024 Disney vacation with a 10 day park pass and 14 night stay at the Pop Century and we couldn't have done it without Brittany! Everything she has done and suggested was spot on. There was nothing she could have done differently to make this vacation any more magical. The number one concern we had when planning this ultimate Disney vacation was how were we to book 12 sit down dinning reservations for a group of 8. We had the FREE dinning plan so picking the best restaurants was the easy part. Now ensuring we get them all at a decent time knowing tens of thousands of others will be queuing in at the same time booking the same spots was a different story. We brought this to her attention, offering our help to strategize a plan to tackle this concern together. Brittany's response: "I have the tricks to get it done" Brittany, you did not disappoint! We got every restaurant booked at prime times (5pm-6pm) and big names like Be our Guest, Cinderella's Royal Table and Ohana's to name a few. One of our catch phrases during our trip was, "Brittany did it again!" We could go on and on with the many items and Q&A she has helped us with but I think this message is already long enough 🙂 to show our appreciation. Julee helped us plan our Family Trip to Disney and we could not have been as prepared if it wasn’t for her insights, instructions, and help! Even though we didn’t stay on property, it was great to have her book our tickets and especially dining reservations! And when we had the chance of bad weather, she was quick to discover and inform us of all our options. I highly recommend her for all your Disney needs!!

My family planned our vacation to Walt Disney World with Stephanie Martin and would highly recommend her! This was our first trip with our two young kids and from the beginning Stephanie was so patient answering all of our questions about dates, resorts, and ticket types. I was extremely thankful to Julee for helping us plan the best Disney World trip. She exceeded expectations for the trip and ensured we had the experience of a lifetime. The emails leading up to our trip kept us in the loop on making the most of our trip. It was incredible to stay at a property that worked for our family and ensured the right fit for the budget. Additionally, all dining reservations were made at their earliest opportunity thanks to Julee’s help. We are on the west coast so it would have been a very early wake up to book our dining reservations if she wasn’t there to help. Becky Sass planned the absolute best vacation for our family. We have a 2-year-old and she knew all of the best attractions and rides to do for a young child and helped us book our hotel, shuttle, character meal, etc. She sent us many guides that even included the best places to eat and the height requirements for each attraction at all of the different parks. This was beyond helpful. Everything went perfectly and she was constantly in contact with us about everything including any changes or updates to all things Disney. Marian Ernest is a fabulous planner and helped our anniversary trip to Universal Studios happen seamlessly. Stephanie Martin was a dream to work with from start to finish. My daughter chose Disney as her 16th birthday trip so it was an extra special get-away for us. Katelyn Babb with The Vacationeer was a phenomenal travel agent to work with! She planned our Oregan vacay my husband and I took for our 5 year anniversary. She pulled a list of the best hotels and let us pick our top ones. Each hotel had it's own quirks and were so fantastic! The rental car agency she booked us with gave us a free upgrade on arrival. She talked to others who had been to the Portland and Cannon Beach locations and was able to give us top recommendations on restaurants and things to do! She even checked in on us throughout the trip! I'd recommend her 20/10 and will definitely be using her again!!

Gabby Trump planned a big family vacation for us (20 people) and she did AMAZING! We did Disney World for a couple days and then a Disney cruise. We had such a great time! Only thing we’d change for next time is to do a 7 night cruise instead of 4! We were so sad to come home haha. The cruise ship was amazing! Staff was amazing! We seriously had so much fun. Our stateroom was great! Very clean and big enough for our pack n play! We loved the curtain so we could separate our baby’s side of the room from ours. Our overall experience was awesome! We’re regretting not putting a deposit down for another one! Our best memory was castaway cay! The family cabana was AMAZING! Definitely a highlight of our trip! The weather at castaway was amazing. There were not any issues that we ran into! Everything went perfect! The kids had the TIME OF THEIR LIFE! From having the freedom to explore the ship on their own, to endless ice cream, to the kids club. They had the best time! Thank you for Gabby for planning everything! The transportation was great! Disney was great! Everything went so well and smoothly thanks to you!!

We worked with GABBY TRUMP and she helped us plan an amazing retirement party for my dad. 20 people ages 1-67. We did 3 days at walk Disney resort followed by a 5 night cruise. Gabby was so quick to respond, gave excellent recommendations, and literally set EVERYTHING up for us. We had transportation to and from airport, hotels, and the cruise ship. Couldn’t have had a better time and we will definitely be using gabby again!

I've never used a travel agent before, and after working with Caitlin Dixon I will never not use one!! I just got back from our Disney trip in Orlando and am already reaching out to schedule my next trip. She was so personable, helpful and efficient. The greatest vacation yet!! Brittney made our family fun Disney vacation effortless!
